• Photographs – uploaded by the user for animation purposes
• Generated videos – results of AI processing
• Email address – only if you contact us through the contact form
• Payment details – processed directly by Stripe, Inc. (we do not see them)

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Providing the service (photo animation)
• Processing payments
• Responding to your inquiries
• Improving service quality (anonymized analytics)

Processing is based on:

• Performance of contract – for photo processing and service provision
• Legitimate interest – for analytics and service improvement

5. Data Retention

Your photographs and videos remain in the system until you delete them yourself using the button in the app. The Controller reserves the right to delete data at any time without prior notice.

We use the following analytics tools:

• Google Analytics 4 – for traffic analysis
• Microsoft Clarity – for user behavior analysis

We use these tools based on legitimate interest to improve the user experience. Data is anonymized and is not used to identify specific users.

We share your data only with these partners who are essential for providing the service:

• Stripe, Inc. – payment processing (USA, with appropriate safeguards)
• Replicate, Inc. – AI photo processing (USA, with appropriate safeguards)
• Supabase, Inc. – cloud storage (EU)

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Deletion – you can delete your data at any time using the button in the app
• Access – your photos and videos are accessible to you during the retention period
• Portability – you can download your videos

Since the service operates anonymously (no registration required), after data deletion we cannot retroactively identify which data belonged to a specific user.

We protect your data using:

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud storage
• Access restricted to essential personnel only
