Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the alivephoto.online service (hereinafter 'Service'), operated by inithouse.com (hereinafter 'Operator'). By using the Service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Description of Service

The Service allows users to upload a static photograph and animate it into a short video using artificial intelligence. Users can create greetings and share results.

3. Content Rights

By uploading a photograph, you represent that:

• You have all necessary rights to the uploaded photograph
• You have consent from all persons depicted in the photograph for its processing
• The photograph does not infringe third-party copyrights
• The content is not illegal, offensive, or inappropriate

The Operator bears no responsibility for violation of these representations by the user.

4. Prohibited Use

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Uploading photographs without consent of depicted persons
• Uploading inappropriate, obscene, or illegal content
• Using the Service for fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Attempting to circumvent the Service's security measures
• Automated access to the Service without prior consent

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as-is' without any warranties. The Operator does not guarantee:

• Specific quality or appearance of the resulting video
• Uninterrupted availability of the Service
• Error-free processing

The Operator bears no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational damage.

6. Payment Terms

The price for creating one animated video is $2.99 (one-time payment). Payment is non-refundable after processing of the photograph begins. In case of a technical error on the Service's side, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

The Service uses third-party technologies (AI models) for photo processing. These technologies have their own content policies that may result in refusal to process certain photographs. If a photograph is rejected due to violation of the AI provider's policies (e.g., due to inappropriate content), the user is not entitled to a refund. The Operator bears no responsibility for third-party decisions to refuse processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The user retains all rights to their original photographs. By uploading a photograph, the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive license for technical processing of the photograph for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates upon deletion of data by the user.

8. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time. The current version of the terms is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes to the terms, you express your consent to the new version.

9. Termination of Service

The Operator reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service to anyone, at any time, without reason. The Operator may also terminate the Service as a whole at any time.

For questions regarding these terms, you can contact us. Contact is not for data deletion requests – you can delete your data yourself directly in the Service.

11. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
